One requirement of our broker/agents is to confirm all data entry. Each BPO is thoroughly checked prior to completion and is processed through the Main Street Valuations QC Protocol. Our system maintains a strict data entry protocol of over 250 automated checks, including photo requirements that require an explanation if the data provided by the broker/agent does not fall within our tolerance levels.

The MSV BPO includes local market data, neighborhood and subject info, comparable data and photos for both the subject and comparables. The purpose is to provide the customer with a professional opinion of the current market conditions. The BPO form includes in depth information pertaining to the local market, three recent sales, and three active listings, and detailed comments provided by our broker/agents. Subject photos include a photo verifying the address, subject front view, subject street scene and any other conditions that would influence the value of the property. Unique features provided on our forms allow Main Street Valuations to produce a BPO that stands apart from the industry standard.
Our property inspections enable our clients to get an up to date assessment on the condition of their assets. The focus on "customized" service enables MSV to achieve our goal of providing a service that is tailored to client needs.
